Our students from Grade 8 made it to the semifinals in the Sigma 8 competition!

Sigma 8 (SigmaÅtta) is a mathematics competition for school classes in Sweden and in the Nordic countries. Both 8A and 8B had successfully completed the first round as a class and were qualified for the second round. Out of 30 municipal schools in Sweden our 8A has reached the semifinals with 37 points out of 40. They are 3rd in the whole of Sweden. Two boys and two girls will now represent the class for problem solving in KTH on 28th and 29th April.

More Good News – Pythagoras Quest Semifinals!

Our Middle School students also participated in another competition called “Pythagoras Quest” where students from all over Sweden had participated. Three students, Arnav Limba, Harkirat Singh and Rafael Corrocher from grades 8 and 9 in our School will be participating in the district level competition on March 9 at Danderyd gymnasium.
