This year a new chess club has been formed by our School and our middle school students (Grade 7-9) have participated in “Skolornas lag DM För Stockholm 2022” organised by Stockholms Schackförbund.
Three teams participated in the competition held in Zinkensdamm on March 18. There were 6 rounds and 15 minutes allocated for each round. Two of our teams did an amazing job and stood on rank 4 and rank 5 out of 30 schools in Stockholm. If the National finals will be held in Stockholm, then our rank 4 team will be competing for the finals next month.

Rank 5 team: Aaryan Mohanty, Harkirat Singh, Mankirat Singh, Sebastian Levin (Grade 8)
